Contract and purchase order in place, the home prepared, and the employee briefed before they travel.

What companies usually ask
What is the minimum stay?
One month. Most corporate placements run between three and twelve months, and terms can be extended month by month once the initial period has been agreed.
What is included in the monthly rate?
A fully furnished and equipped home, all utilities, internet, condominium charges, linen and a mid-stay clean. There are no set-up fees and no surprises at the end of the stay.
How is it invoiced?
One compliant monthly invoice per placement or one consolidated invoice for all placements, issued to the company with a purchase order or cost-centre reference, and payable by bank transfer on agreed terms.
How quickly can you accommodate someone?
With two weeks' notice we can normally place a single employee. Larger or urgent requirements are worth raising early: the more visibility we have of your pipeline, the faster we can commit.
Do you help the employee settle in?
Yes. Arrival briefing, keys, how the home works, and practical guidance on the area — in English, Italian, German or Spanish. Any issue during the stay comes to us, not to your HR team.
